Carson River
The skies in the Carson Valley never cease to amaze me. The way clouds reassemble themselves after they cross the Sierra Nevadas and Lake Tahoe can be mesmerizing. I was on my way home from Carson City when I pulled over to capture this image that melds river and sky into one fluid movement of color and texture.
